What are your business needs when it comes to cash flow? Why waste time when we have financial resources to assist you in reaching your business goals. Are you looking for start-up capital? Where do you see your business 3, 5, 10 years from now?  What will it take to get there? Do you have the opportunity to grow your business? Do you need additional capital to support your working capital needs? Are you looking to invest in equipment to support your business growth? Do you want to stop renting commercial space and want to explore purchasing commercial real estate instead?

With the various experts available, business owners can explore different options and/or learn about what is needed and how to prepare to request financing from different sources.

So, if you are a business owner facing the need for capital, let’s talk. Here is how the program works:

  1. Contact Brenda Ortiz at the GAHCC
  2. Complete an Intake Form and send it to Brenda
  3. She will evaluate it for content and then will forward it to one of our representatives on the Access to Capital Committee
  4. The representative from the Cash Flow Resource Center will contact you and try to match you up the most appropriate financial institution to serve you.

The Cash Flow Resource Center has finance capabilities in the following areas:

  • Conventional lending
  • SBA lending
  • Term loans
  • Lines of credit
  • Micro Loans
  • Factoring
  • Purchase order financing
  • Equipment lending and leasing
  • Real estate

We hope you will give the program a try. For more information contact Brenda Ortiz at bortiz@gahcc.org or (512) 462-4302.
