      • State of Texas HUB Program - Access a presentation prepared by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts on How to do Business with the State.
      • Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) - The CMBL is a master database used by State of Texas purchasing entities to develop a mailing list for vendors to receive bids based on the products or services they can provide to the State of Texas. Manufacturers, suppliers, and other vendors wishing to furnish materials, equipment, supplies, and services to the state shouldregister for the CMBL to receive bidding opportunities. The CMBL annual registration fee is $70.00 and may be paid on-line by credit/debit card or check debit (US addresses only) or via a printable application.
      • State Purchasing Tools - Purchasers at Texas state agencies are required to purchase from the following contract sources if contract items meet their specifications. Local governmental entities may use the following contract sources; some contract sources require local governments to be active State of Texas CO-OP members

      • City of Austin Small and Minority Business Resources Department - The Small & Minority Business Resources Department(SMBR) assists small, minority-owned and women-owned business enterprises (MBE and WBE) as they pursue contracting opportunities with the City of Austin. The program encourages minorities-owned and women-owned business enterprises to participate in City contracts by establishing special procurement goals for each contract type. SMBR sets MBE/WBE & DBE contracting goals in the areas of construction, professional services, commodities, and non-professional services.
      • Capital Metro Procurement Opportunities - Capital Metro Agency Level Subscription provides vendors with free unlimited download capability of the electronic version of Capital Metro solicitations. However, if you are interested in getting a hard copy, the free subscription does not cover the reproduction or delivery cost for copies of solicitations including blueprints, drawings, or specifications.       • Travis County Purchasing Office Newsletter The purchasing agent is the chief procurement officer for Travis County. By statute, the purchasing agent is responsible to direct and oversee the county procurement process for all elected and appointed officials and commissioners court departments. Your Purchasing Office is the "single point of contact" for doing business with Travis County.
