Anna Sanchez - Board Chair

Anna Sanchez is a 24-year financial services industry veteran. She joined Wells Fargo in 2000 where she served as the Wells Fargo Community Development Lender specializing in affordable housing construction finance. Currently, she serves as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager in Business Banking, where she supports mid-size businesses with their financial needs.

Sanchez gives back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Austin Area Urban League, where she is Treasurer. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where she chairs two committees and has recently been named as Chair-Elect. Sanchez is also Past President of the Wells Fargo Diversity Council in Austin, Texas.

Sanchez graduated magna cum laude from St. Edwards University with a BBA in accounting.  Sanchez completed the Hispanic Austin Leadership program in 2001, Leadership Austin program in 2002 and the Leadership Round Rock program in 2005.
