JOB DESCRIPTION:

Temp to Perm positions

Collects delinquent accounts and reschedules payment as necessary to minimize delinquencies/foreclosures. Provides a high level of customer service under difficult circumstances. Responds to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence, interprets questions and requests and ensures proper resolution. Processes transactions and opens new accounts as well as performs file maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual (Spanish)
(Two tests will be administered to validate bilingual abilities)

Minimum 6 months Call Center and/or Collections experience in a professional environment

Mortgage and/or Loan Modification Experience is a PLUS+

The ability to remain calm while dealing with customers experiencing difficult circumstances

Desire to help people

High School diploma or GED


PAY RATE:
$12.50/hr for the first 5 weeks of training
$13.75/hr - $15.13/hr-For Bilingual Agents, after training


SHIFT:

The position will require 40 hrs/week and we are looking for candidates that have flexible schedules and are available between 7am-11pm, Monday - Friday as well as Saturdays from 8am-5pm and Sundays from 11am - 8pm. The assigned shift will fall somewhere in these ranges. Overtime is available.
