We excitedly await the festivity of our 2nd Annual Capital of Texas Small Business Awards, at the Hilton Austin Downtown on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., registration at 11:00 a.m. We have an exciting event planned for you with a keynote address given by Texas Supreme Court Justice Eva Guzman. Additionally, special guest, Secretary of State Esperanza “Hope” Andrade will present the Rising Star Award.
The event is nearly sold out, so please register today if you want to guarantee a seat.
After three months of accepting nominations, choosing the top 21 finalists, and now sifting through a few thousand final votes, the GAHCC is ready to announce the final winners! At the Capital of Texas Awards Luncheon, the GAHCC will honor seven businesses in the following categories:
· Texas Gas Service Rising Star Award
· U.S. Foodservice Food & Beverage Award
· United Healthcare Healthcare Award
· General Motors Media Award
· ¡ahora sí! & The Statesman Retail Award
· Wells Fargo Bank Services Award
· Time Warner Cable/Time Warner Business Class Nonprofit Award
The GAHCC commends the finalists that have dedicated their time, talent and leadership to making Austin a better place to live.
Businesses and organizations that purchase a Table Sponsorship for $600 will receive a table sign to advertise their company. Individual tickets are available at $55 for members and $65 for future members. Join us in supporting these spectacular small business leaders!
