EDUCATION FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPLICATION
AS A MEMBER OF THE GAHCC EDUCATION FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS, YOU MUST AGREE TO:
1. Participate in all Education Foundation Activities
2. Attend regular trustee meetings held every other month
(1st Friday of Month from 11:30am-1:00pm)
3. Attend the Annual Strategic Planning Retreat
4. Recruit a minimum of 5 volunteers for several GAHCC Education Foundation events
5. Raise a minimum of $2000 for GAHCC Education Foundation
6. Serve on a board committee (PR/Advocacy, Grants, Strategic/Outcomes, Fundraising)
Board members are challenged to deal with policy decisions in the following areas:
1. Organizational goals and objectives
2. Quality programming
3. Strategies, policies, and practices
4. Funding and approval of the budget
5. Development of strategic plan
