In 1962, Cuban-born Moises Cases immigrated to the United States. He began his American dream in New York, where he worked during the day and attended university classes at night. With tenacity and self confidence, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Master of Science in Electronic Engineering, and Master of Science in Computer Engineering.

With over 39 years of progressive experience at IBM, Cases retired as a Distinguished Engineer and Master Inventor from the IBM Corporation, System and Technology Group. Cases recently turned his attention to entrepreneurship. With retirement, came the opportunity to fulfill his energizing and exciting dream of owning his own business. The Emerging Enterprises small business incubator provided the necessary information and fundamental concepts to establish a strong framework for a successful small business. This included experienced speakers and one-on-one discussions to strengthen understanding of the business scope, market segment and risk assessment. Cases finds entrepreneurship to be a learning experience with great potential for success.
