Prior to being appointed the President and CEO of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Andy amassed over 30 years of Management and Executive experience with corporations like IBM, Lexmark International, NCR and Permond Solutions. Exemplifying his diverse skill set, Andy also served as the CEO of the Round Rock Health Clinic and launched the first-ever bi-lingual newspaper in Williamson County. Andy is very active in the community, holding leadership positions in civic and social organizations like the Round Rock Housing Authority, Central Texas Indigent Care Collaborative, El Amistad Club of Round Rock, Austin Area Resource Organization and Travis County Work Force Solutions.
Lisa Rodriguez, Marketing Communications Manager

Lisa Rodriguez manages marketing and public relations for the GAHCC. She is responsible for overseeing all marketing and collateral materials for the Chamber, as well as liaison to the Marketing Committee and Social Media Ambassadors. In addition she designs and distributes Noticias and the weekly eBlast, and is the content manager for the Chamber's website. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, Lisa received her Bachelor's degree in Public Relations & Advertising from The University of Texas - Pan American. After graduation, she spent a year in New Zealand before moving to Austin in 2009. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys volunteering with various pet organizations, traveling and taking in Austin's attractions, food and events.
Brenda Ortiz, Director of Budgets & Government Relations

Brenda Ortiz is responsible for all budgeting and accounting, and is the Secretary to the Board of Directors. She is also in charge of the Chamber's relations with the City of Austin and manages the Chamber's agreements with other entities such as Capital Metro and the Multi-Ethnic Chamber Alliance. Prior to joining the Chamber team, Brenda worked in the semiconductor industry sharpening her skills in marketing communications and human resources. She is continuing her education at Concordia University to complete her business degree.
Angelica M. Fox, Director of Membership

Angelica Fox, Director of Membership, was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. After finishing her Marketing Degree, she moved to Mexico to pursue her MBA in the Technology Institute of Monterrey in Cuernavaca, Morelos. While at the University, she gained international experience in Education through her program development work for the Virtual University in Peru, Bolivia and Paraguay. Angelica moved to Austin in 2001, and after 2 years of staying at home with her first son, she began community development work at different local nonprofit organizations like BiG Austin, Las Comadres and FamilyConnections. With her free time she enjoys traveling and outdoor activities like hiking, camping and exploring with her husband and two sons.

Mary Lou Lugo is the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Full Time Receptionist. She is responsible for answering multi-line phones, making sure the office runs smoothly and assisting Chamber staff. Mary Lou has lived in Austin all her life. She was married for 25 years to the love of her life, the late Daniel Lugo III and together they owned 4D Printing, Inc. Mary Lou has two sons, Jason and Jonathan. One of the proudest moments in her life was when her son Jonathan got accepted into Red McCombs Business College at the University of Texas. Mary Lou enjoys Texas Tailgating and spending her spare time with her sons.
Stefan J. Molina, Director, Foundation & Program Development

Stefan J. Molina is the Director of the GAHCC Foundation and Program Development. He attended the University of Notre Dame where he earned a Professional Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Architecture. Upon graduating, Stefan worked for architecture firms in Dallas, San Antonio and South Bend, Indiana. In 2005 he moved to Austin, Texas and worked for CasaBella Architects. Stefan enjoys volunteering his extra time to his Austin community. He is a graduate of Hispanic Austin Leadership, Austin Independent School District’s UpClose program and The Leadership Academy for Public Service. He has also served on various community committees and boards such as the Crossroads Scholarship Fund Board, the Community Action Network Community Council and AISD’s Hispanic Futures Conference Planning Committee. Stefan’s greatest reward is being the father of three beautiful young children: Benicio Andres, MariaJosé and Romina Molina.
Sigrid Miranda, Programs and Economic Development Manager

Sigrid Miranda was born in Houston and raised in a small town north of Houston called New Caney. She is responsible for the Williamson County and TriCounty Small Business Summits, Access to Capital, Procurement & Certification, Workforce Development and the Amigo Card Loyalty Program. Sigrid earned a Dual Degree from Texas State University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Spanish and in Criminal Justice. After moving to Austin, she began working in the technology industry developing her sales and marketing skills. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, play sports and spend time with family, friends and her four legged child "Cody."

As the Director of Events Vicky H. Sepulveda is responsible for the development, delivery and execution of all events for the GAHCC; such as Celebrando, Capital of Texas Awards, Power Networking Breakfasts and the Small Business Series. Vicky is also responsible for managing the Social Media Ambassadors and Capital Campaign programs, to name a few. Originally from Houston Texas, Vicky moved to Austin in 1997 to start her career in banking with Bank of America as Banking Center Manager. Vicky has been a volunteer at the GAHCC since 1998 and was honored with the volunteer of the year award in 2002 and she is a graduate of the 2000 Hispanic Austin Leadership Class. Vicky has a passion for animal welfare and animal rescue organizations and is the proud mother of two wonderful dogs Mimi and Sophie. When she is not contributing her time to animal causes she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Rene Campos is responsible for generating revenue through new corporate membership and corporate member retention. A graduate of The University of Texas, Rene's experience in sales lies in media, market research and printing. He has been a member of GAHCC for five years. Rene was born and raised in Austin, his wife, Phyliss Campos, is the general mamanger for the Westlake/Lake Travis Community Impact Newspaper. He has five children and three grand children.

Originally from Weslaco Texas, Selina moved to East Austin in 1996 to start her new life and passion for the Hispanic Community in East Austin. In 2006, Selina was able to turn that passion into a career with the GAHCC. Over the past six years Selina has held several positions including: Receptionist, Executive Assistant to the President, Administrative Specialist for the Education Foundation, Membership Specialist and now Systems Manager. As the Systems Manager, Selina will deliver the GAHCC’s first web-based membership database. Selina will also be responsible for GAHCC’s Capital Campaign and MECA contract between local area Chambers and the City of Austin. Selina is a proud mother of two, Andres (8) and George (4). In her spare time Selina, kids and boyfriend Nick love to go out and explore Austin with its many local events as well as volunteer with Central Austin Youth League in East Austin as a Turn Two, Shetland Boys Team Mom.
