Must have:
A. An undergraduate college degree from an accredited four year institution.
B. Background in accounting and/or business
C. Bi-lingual, i.e., Spanish/English
D. Background in information reporting and basic narrative writing

Job Functions:
The incumbent in this position would oversee a two-year Gear Up program from the Texas Eduction Agency for purposes of monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring that NHI programs and program standards are observed in the delivery of leadership programs to various South Texas communities through its contractor.
The incumbent would also prepare all necessary reporting information to TEA for submission purposes and in accordance to billing standards.
The incumbent would work closely with the NHI contractor to ensure adherence to all program requirements, stipulation, conditions, and timetables relative to the quality deliver of services as intended in the TEA funding.
Reporting and Supervision:
The incumbent would work under the supervision of the Vice President for Operations and Advancement and also coordinate closely with the Institute business and finance office.
Salary: $41,000-$45,000, plus full benefits, depending on previous job experience
