Rosemary H. Banda

Rosemary is a first generation native Austinite and grew up in East Austin. She worked many years in the family restaurant business followed by a brief career in the Nursing field.  In 1994 she began her career at 3M working as an Administrative Assistant and today she is a Marketing Services Administrator, specializing in Sales Operations. She served on the Steering Committee of 3M HOLA (Hispanic Organization for Leadership Advancement) and was a recipient of 3M's Technical Service of Excellence award in 2001. 

Rosemary is a graduate of the Hispanic Austin Leadership Class of '09.  She is the current HAL Alumni Chair and a member of the HAL Planning Committee. She is proud to show the community the type of leader the HAL program can produce.  In 2012 Rosemary was elected to the Board of Directors of the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. 

Rosemary spends her spare time taking day trips and enjoys playing tennis.&nb
