Enrique serves as Director of Membership and Corporate Relations for the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is the main point of contact for all small businesses regarding membership opportunities, as well as partnerships with corporations that want to work with Hispanic businesses in the Greater Austin area.

In addition to his GAHCC service, Enrique is also a small business owner, which has helped him understand the challenges and needs of small businesses in Texas.

A proud graduate of the GAHCC HAL Program, Enrique is very passionate about financial literacy and mental health for the Latino community. He has a podcast in Spanish, El Taco Financiero, and actively volunteers with organizations such as NAMI of Central Texas and the Young Hispanic Professional Association of Austin (YHPAA).

Born and raised in South Mexico, Enrique studied economics at ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México) and has economic development policy experience while serving at the Mexican government.
