Businesswoman of the Year: Adriana Rodriguez

Adriana Rodriguez holds a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development and a Masters degree in Child Development. Ms. Rodriguez is truly a GAHCC success story, in 2007 she graduated from HTIA’s Small Business Incubator Program and opened her first school, Jardín de Niños Interlingua. In 2009 she opened a second location in north Austin with capacity for 120 students. Jardín de Niños Interlingua has now 200 children enrolled in both schools.

She strongly believes that children develop their cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills at a very young age. What makes Jardín de Niños unique is that it provides children the ability to learn in a fun environment where they are immersed in the Spanish language as well as introduced to the French language.

Ms. Rodriguez loves to attend all GAHCC events that support small businesses. For two consecutive years, she was the recipient of the Best of Austin Award in the Day School category. Her goal is to become a franchise and open more schools all over the United States.
