A dynamic speaker series bringing the business and academic communities together on issues concerning U.S. and Latin American business:
Organized in partnership between the Teresa Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies (LLILAS) at the University of Texas, the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GAHCC), and Univision Austin.
Focuses on conditions affecting business opportunities between the U.S. and Latin America and effective strategies for reaching Hispanic audiences in the U.S.
Explores current events, politics, education, and the environment among other topics.
Features talks by experts in their fields from Latin America and the U.S. and in-depth Q&A sessions.
Takes place six times a year. Four talks held at the Mexican American Cultural Center in downtown Austin. Two talks will be held at another local venue.
Preceded by reception and coffee tasting, featuring coffees from throughout Latin America.
Anticipated audience size is 75100 people per talk.
