Johnston High School Project
Introduction: From the beginning of this organization, the education of our youth in the community has been an important component of its mission.
Objective: Within four years, we propose to significantly reduce the number of freshmen students who drop out or are retained, improve the attendance rate, academic performance and self-esteem of the students. Our target number is to reach 50 students.

Training: All JHS Advisors are required to attend a 75 minute training that covers the basics of mentoring, including school procedures, mentor policies, mentor expectations, activity ideas for working with your student, relationship building tips, guidance for handling difficult situations, and more.
