Maritza Kelley is a senior managing consultant who works across the organization to develop and implement effective public affairs strategies. Maritza’s expertise encompasses the private, public and non-profit sectors, spanning state, local and federal levels of government.

Maritza began her career in public finance, working at the Texas Legislature in school finance. Following her time at the Texas state capitol, she moved to Washington, DC where she created and managed external affairs initiatives for corporations and NGOs including Samsung, AARP and the National Education Association.

Maritza received Masters’ of Public Affairs and Latin American Studies from the University of Texas Austin. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Cruz. Maritza also currently serves on the national boards of AVANCE and Pay Our Interns. She is a native speaker of Spanish.
