This 3-hour course is for aspiring entrepreneurs in the Austin area. Participants will learn how to file the required paperwork and gain a clear understanding of the steps required to launch a new small business in Texas. Clear, simple guidance will help you get started quickly, keep costs down, and prepare you to overcome common challenges. The class includes a helpful digital toolkit with templates, guides, forms, and more to support your journey.

Virtual ticket holders will be able to listen in and follow along in real time via Zoom. While this option provides full access to the class content, we recommend attending in person when possible for a more interactive experience and networking opportunities. Please choose either an in-person ticket or a virtual ticket—do not register for both. To allow as many people as possible to participate, duplicate registrations may be canceled.
