Austin has made exciting progress toward making it easier for its

 small businesses to start and grow. Join EGBI and Cities Work to

 celebrate that progress, explore what it means for local

 entrepreneurs, and discuss what should come next. We’ll highlight

 recent reform efforts including the Grease Trap Relief program, the

 Microbusiness Fee Reduction resolution, and the ACU/Front Yard

 Business resolution, while exploring how Austin can build on these

 successes and address the barriers entrepreneurs still face.

 Councilmember Vanessa Fuentes will offer opening remarks, followed by

 a conversation welcoming business owners and those who support them to

 ask questions, share experiences, and help shape the road ahead.
