Austin, Texas - Governor Greg Abbott announced today that Goldman Sachs and the LiftFund, along with other community development financial institutions (CDFI’s), will partner to provide $50 million in loans to small businesses in Texas who have been affected by COVID-19. Applications are live now.
These loans will be made through the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program. If all stipulations are met, then small businesses can have their loans fully forgiven by the SBA.
