Josue was born and raised in Dallas, TX and is a graduate of Sam Houston State University. He is actively involved in many organizations that include, Rotary Club of Austin, Young Hispanic Professional Association of Austin and Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In his spare time, you can find him hiking and watching sports with his family and friends.
