Mireya Hord has over 20 years’ experience in community banking; with the last 13 years in management.  Her leadership path has led to her current role as a District Manager for Wells Fargo Bank, overseeing 7 branches in Central Austin.

Being born and raised in Brownsville TX to an entrepreneur family helped shape her love for the development, growth, and financial education of small business owners.  She studied Business Finance at The University of Texas in Brownsville before moving to Austin TX.

An avid volunteer, Mireya served as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Hispanic Woman’s Network of Texas, Austin chapter.  She is an alumna of the Hispanic Austin Leadership program’s 2015 class.

Mireya now resides in Buda TX with her husband and two daughters.
